Banana Pudding Cookies Recipe

Soft and chewy banana pudding cookies made with real banana, pudding mix, and white chocolate chips—an easy, flavorful treat everyone will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package banana pudding Jello mix 3.4 oz instant
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Vegetable oil for rolling cookies

Method
 

Preheat & Prep
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Banana, Eggs & Vanilla
  1. Mix in the mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, banana pudding Jello mix, and baking soda.
Combine Wet & Dry
  1. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Fold in White Chocolate Chips
  1. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
Shape the Cookies
  1. Lightly coat your hands with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
Bake
  1. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool
  1. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
