BBQ Pulled Chicken in the Crockpot

An easy, inexpensive. 2 ingredient chicken meal in the slow cooker.

Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot or slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray
  • Add your chicken to the crockpot
  • Top with BBQ sauce (save some for adding to your sandwich later)
  • Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours
  • When chicken is falling apart, turn on warm setting and shred chicken with two forks or with a handheld mixer
  • That's it! Top to buns for a delicious sandwich, a baked potato, or salad!
