BBQ Pulled Chicken in the Crockpot
An easy, inexpensive. 2 ingredient chicken meal in the slow cooker.
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray
Add your chicken to the crockpot
Top with BBQ sauce (save some for adding to your sandwich later)
Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours
When chicken is falling apart, turn on warm setting and shred chicken with two forks or with a handheld mixer
That's it! Top to buns for a delicious sandwich, a baked potato, or salad!
