Buffalo Chicken Hand Pies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup Franks red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can jumbo buttermilk biscuits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Take chicken and pour oil over the top and then add spices.
  3. Rub oil and spices into chicken and lay in a small baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl mix together hot sauce, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  5. Pour sauce over the top of the chicken.
  6. Bake chicken for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Fork shred the chicken breast and mix with the sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  8. Take each jumbo biscuit and spread the size of a small plate.
  9. Place shredded chicken in the middle of the biscuit and fold over.
  10. Use a fork to crimp the edges of the biscuit.
  11. Place biscuits in the air fryer basket and fry at 330 for 5 minutes on each side.
  12. Scoop sour cream in a sandwich baggie and cut a tiny hole in the corner.
  13. Pipe the sour cream in football lines on the biscuits.
