Mix ingredients
- In a large bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, flaxseed (if using), and salt.
Add chocolate chips
- Fold them in last to prevent melting.
Chill the mixture
- Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to make it easier to roll.
Roll into balls
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to form 1-inch balls.
Notes
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
