- Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix butter into cookie crumbs until well combined.
- Press mixture evenly into a 13x9-inch glass dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Stir in one container of whipped topping.
- Spread over chilled crust.

Make the Strawberry Gelatin Layer
- Stir boiling water into the strawberry gelatin for 2 minutes, until dissolved.
- Add cold water + ice cubes (to equal 1 cup) into the gelatin.

- Stir in chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate the bowl for 20–30 minutes, then spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill at least 15 minutes or until fully set.
Add Final Whipped Topping
- Spread the last container of whipped topping over the strawberry layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, cookie crumbs, or chocolate curls if desired.

- Press the mixture firmly into your 13x9-inch dish using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass for an even layer.
