No-Bake Strawberry Lasagna Recipe

This no-bake strawberry lasagna is the ultimate layered dessert! With a golden Oreo crust, fluffy cream cheese, whipped topping, and sweet strawberry gelatin, it’s the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients
  

🧁 Crust:
  • 1 14.3 oz package golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter
🍓 Layers:
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 8 oz containers whipped topping
  • cup boiling water
  • 1 3 oz box strawberry gelatin
  • ½ cup cold water + ice cubes to make 1 cup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced small

  • White or dark chocolate curls

Method
 

Make the Golden Oreo Crust
  1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Mix butter into cookie crumbs until well combined.
  4. Press mixture evenly into a 13x9-inch glass dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Stir in one container of whipped topping.
  3. Spread over chilled crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Strawberry Gelatin Layer
  1. Stir boiling water into the strawberry gelatin for 2 minutes, until dissolved.
  2. Add cold water + ice cubes (to equal 1 cup) into the gelatin.
  3. Stir until thickened; discard unmelted ice if needed.
  4. Fold in one container of whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Stir in chopped strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate the bowl for 20–30 minutes, then spread over cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill at least 15 minutes or until fully set.
Add Final Whipped Topping
  1. Spread the last container of whipped topping over the strawberry layer.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh strawberries, cookie crumbs, or chocolate curls if desired.

🔨 No Food Processor? No Problem!

If you don’t have a food processor, you can still make a perfect golden Oreo crust:
  1. Place the cookies in a large zip-top bag.
  2. Seal the bag and use a rolling pin, heavy glass, or meat mallet to crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl.
  4. Melt the butter and stir it into the crumbs until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into your 13x9-inch dish using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass for an even layer.
