Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
- First, you will be putting your chicken breasts and buffalo sauce in your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Once your chicken is cooked through, shred with a fork or with your hand mixer.
Making the Stuffed Avocados
- Next, preheat the oven for 400 degrees F.
- Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- Then, slice 1/4 inch off of the bottom of each avocado to make a flat surface for the avocado to sit on.
- Place the avocados on a silicone mat on your baking sheet.
- Stuff each avocado with an equal amount of the chicken mixture.
- Bake the stuffed avocados for 15 minutes or until the chicken is slightly browned on top.
- Let cool and serve!
- We love topping ours with ranch!
Notes
**If you already have cooked chicken, you can always just mix in the buffalo sauce and top the avocados, making it an even easier meal!
