These buffalo chicken stuffed avocados are so delicious and filling. Using only a few ingredients, these are a healthy, budget-friendly meal idea. They are the perfect blend of spicy and creamy. Even my small kids love these! They are surprisingly easy, but look fancy. They make a wonderful dinner or snack. Let’s learn how to make this delicious meal!
In this recipe, we combine using the slow cooker, with the oven right before we eat. If you have cooked chicken, you can skip the slow cooker step, making this an even easier and faster meal!



Gather Your Ingredients
- 2 Large chicken breasts
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 4 medium avocados
- ranch for topping

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Avocados
First, you will be putting your chicken breasts and buffalo sauce in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Once your chicken is cooked through, shred with a fork or with your hand mixer.
Next, preheat the oven for 400 degrees F.
Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
Then, slice 1/4 inch off of the bottom of each avocado to make a flat surface for the avocado to sit on.
Place the avocados on a silicone mat on your baking sheet.
Stuff each avocado with an equal amount of the chicken mixture.
Bake the stuffed avocados for 15 minutes or until the chicken is slightly browned on top.
Let cool and serve!
