How to Make Homemade Orange Cleaner

Instructions

  • Add orange slices or peels into your glass jar
  • Fill half the jar with the vinegar and the other half with filtered or distilled water
  • If your orange peels/slices float, you can add another, small lid or cap to keep them in the water/vinegar mixture
  • You want to let the orange peels/slices steep in the mixture for awhile, see notes**
  • Once your homemade orange cleaner is ready, you're going to strain the mixture.
  • Now, it's time to bottle your homemade orange cleaner

Notes

** Some suggest steeping a few days and others a few weeks. I usually allow them to steep for about 5-7 days, when the colors turns a nice, dark orange color.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store out of direct sunlight. Your homemade orange cleaner should last until you finish using, especially if you use filtered water.
